Wendy,

Are you on a Mac? Reason I ask is because NS on a PC stores the files in
the cache with 'meaningless' names (at least meaningless for us humans,
makes perfect sense to the computer). For example I just loaded the
nunbers project from my site in the webplayer. That file is stored in
the cache directory as 'M0c29o6l.mw2' 

I should have remembered to state that my remarks applied to Netscape
(and possibly Internet Explorer) on a PC. From Wendy's comments it
appears that Mac's store the files with the name it used to download the
file.

  • To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
