problem from you point of view or does the help itself need work?

No Chris. But it would be a step in the right direction because I do not
know the differences between the printable older helps that I am using now
and the new Pro helps.

Actually I think there should be two books.

One for Microworlds similar(but including more advanced techniques) to Jim
Muller's book for MSWLogo.

And I would use another book to help me plan a solution to a problem. I
thought myself into a dead end on Yehuda's 7.11 problem but Valvo did not.
Then once I figured out a plan how do I create the very best code to
accomplish my plan.

Especially when doing fancy stuff like Yehuda, Mike Sandy, and Vlado do.

Always keeping in mind that Logo is not about programming but becoming a
better thinker. A method of increasing our thinking skills with some
expectaion that those newly developed skills will help me in other
activities of my life.

We should not expect that simply programming in Logo will be very high on
anyone's to do list. Life is extremely busy in the information age. So it
must be sold for other probably not so obvious benefits it has.

Of course it is fun to program in Logo. But it would be a lot more fun if I
did not have to spend so much time figuring out the details. Especially the
differences between different Logo codes. And L3 also. Now that is one
mighty fine code but here again there is no instruction book and I hate to
keep bugging Chuck to help me. I wish he would do a L3 Cybercourse. I
would be first in line that is for sure.

But I would sign up for a Microworlds cybercourse also.

Chris, why don't your OWL students start a cybercourse? Would be a way of
earning some bucks for them and for OWL. Apparantly Wendy is going to study
the subject to death rather than simply wading in and risking one of her
nine mathcat lives. Dale
