1) What is your background in learning or teaching
MicroWorlds?

I began learning MicroWorlds in July when OpenWorld
learning hired me. This fall I will be a site leader
at an after-school computer lab in Denver where we
will be using MicroWorlds as a tool for teaching
computer programming, writing skills and Internet
research skills.

2) What do you like best about MicroWorlds? What do
you find difficult or frustrating?

I like that you can see what you are doing as you do
it. It is a fun, dynamic and interactive program that
all ages enjoy using. I find the exactness of the
syntax required to perform a procedure properly
slightly frustrating, but who doesn't?

3) How do you hope this group can be helpful to you?

I hope this group can answer my questions when I am
experiencing a programming glitch in a project. I
also hope to get creative ideas for new projects and
teaching from this group.
