Subject: how to avoid Yahoo Groups junk mail
From: "Wendy Petti" <wpetti@xxxx>
Date: Mon, 1 Apr 2002 15:48:00 -0500

As you know, MWcybercourse uses Yahoo to host this mail list.
Using a free service that tries to support itself through
advertising is a mixed blessing!Unfortunately, Yahoo is preparing to
bombard all of its members with a lot of junk mail. Please see the
forwarded message below and take a minute to protect yourself.

(And while I'm here... this list has been very quiet recently and
I'm partly to blame! I hope you will take a few minutes to share
with us an example of how you are using MicroWorlds with your
students. We learn a lot from seeing sample projects sent as
attachments, or even just seeing copied-and-pasted code. Please
feel free to ask for help or advice, too! We are all here to help
each other.)

  • To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
