I sent a program the other day of a type of cellular automata developed by my
student but received not responses. It came through on my message, but I am
wondering if anyone else resceived it.=20=20
Yahoo needs to know that if this change results in a lot of harrasmentfor
folks, many people (myself) will just drop the list. I fear the e-companies
begin to forget that the internet is optional.

The rumor that the settings are going to be reset to yes each month is also
correct . I set them all to no last week and today they were back to yes .
so you will need to reset everything each month . oh bother . Walt

Subject: how to avoid Yahoo Groups junk mail
As you know, MWcybercourse uses Yahoo to host this mail list.
Using a free service that tries to support itself through
advertising is a mixed blessing!Unfortunately, Yahoo is preparing to
bombard all of its members with a lot of junk mail. Please see the
forwarded message below and take a minute to protect yourself.
(And while I'm here... this list has been very quiet recently and
I'm partly to blame! I hope you will take a few minutes to share
with us an example of how you are using MicroWorlds with your
students. We learn a lot from seeing sample projects sent as
attachments, or even just seeing copied-and-pasted code. Please
feel free to ask for help or advice, too! We are all here to help
each other.)

To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
