Subject: Psychic Baby / Cosmic Portal
From: mwforum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (Jeff Knope)

Taking up Daniel's suggestion, the attached is a MW version of the Psychic
Baby program.

It uses the "Wingdings" character set for the symbols. It uses only chars
65 thru 121 of that set.

The metaphor is a window into your mind. The portal image (Crab Nebula) is
one of the daily astronomy pics put up by NASA at
http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/astropix.html - an amazing site for those
so inclined. Note there are years of daily pictures archived there.

Only the "9-multiple" symbols change, based on a random pick from Wingdings.
A quick bg change is used to distract the eye from the changes in the table.
Also, the changes are made "off stage" on a second page, so the flash of a
briefly opaque textbox doesn't show.
