I think you can only print them separately.
To print the code click on the procedures area, then, from the
top menu, select: File / Print...
I found a description of each of the printing options in the
menu here:
C:/Program Files/LCSI/MicroWorlds Pro/Help/MWTopics/content/s1c1tF12.htm
(that is the path of the HELP page in my computer)

To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
