On 7/20 Renae asked, "How do I change the contents of a text-box on the
command of a button?"
Hi Renae,
The first thing needed is to have the new text contained in a variable.
Exactly how to do that depends somewhat on the source of that new text. In the
attached example the new text is contained in answer, which was created by a
user's response to the question in get.new.text.
The setpos commands just move the red "focus turtle" back and forth, and are
not essential to the functioning you are asking about.
Good luck... --Jeff

To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
