on 12 June Jack asked, "how do I make a button work only at a sertan time" Hi Jack, One way is to write a procedure that clicking on the button makes run. In this procedure, you can use an "if" statement, so the action of the button will happen only when something is "true". If you are using EX, you may put the "if" statement in the instruction field of the button. --Jeff P.S.: were you able to get a turtle to follow your line? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ask an Expert - Question" <askanexpert@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <mwforum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, June 12, 2005 6:06 AM Subject: MIA, Ask an Expert: disabling a button This is an automatic message sent from the web form at: http://mia.openworldlearning.org/howdoi.htm To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file. | |||||||||
