I interpret Heikki's question to be asking about exchanging MW Projects via the internet, the way we do here on the forum. The short answer is you may attach Projects to emails. With some operating systems, the Projects may be opened directly from the emails. But the most reliable approach is to save the attached Projects to the Projects Folder of your MW. However, there are some complications that crop up when Projects are written with different versions of MW (or for different platforms) than those of the people trying to open the emailed Projects. Basically, MW can open Projects written in the same or earlier versions. For Windows versions, the sequence is from oldest to newest is: 2.x, Pro, EX. I'm not clear about Apple versions or the tricks of cross-platform exchange (e.g. Apple to Windows, or vice versa). Is there a link that discusses and explains these issues? -Jeff ----- Original Message ----- From: "Daniel Ajoy" <dajoy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <mwforum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, September 10, 2005 8:12 AM Subject: Re: Virtual Logo How is it "virtual"? To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file. | |||||||||
