Hi All,
Bells and Whistles !!!
Wish you a very Healthy, Wealthy, and a Happy New Year 2006 !!!
I am a Technical Manager, managing a fast growing team of Electronics Design
Engineers
with cutting edge techies with experiences from 5 to 15 years, from the size
of 25 to a
future size of 500 !! Huge target set before mid of 2006 !!! Phew !!!
It happened me to read Peter M. Senge's The Fifthe Principle book and I am
really
interested to practice the 5 golden principles that Senge is talking about.
May I suggest
to some of you those who have not read it?
He also suggested to use Microworlds for effective leadership and management
issues.
I humbly request you all to kindly guide me if there are any Microworlds
available for
professionals like me to predict something in future or to set the personal,
team, and
organizational visions. I have seen Microworlds for kids, but not the grown
kids like me
(age:40, boy). Ha...ha..ha.. :)
I am intersted to share my learning (reflective openness - a principle that I
need to
practice) with you all not in the terms of advocating, but in the terms of
inquiries or
balancing both which I wish to initiate soon.
Thanks to to you all and Warm Regards,
Manix.

Re: MIA, Ask an Expert: Microwords for professionals
To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
