Quite right, Daniel. I should have emphasised this point.
My program established there is no limit on the number of
turtles addressable by TTO other than the limit imposed
by page restriction limits, in my case for MWPro v.1.1.
The reason for Andrea Duran's error is a mystery.
A possible way round the problem is to use ASK [t1....][instructions]
if sequential operation is no hinderance. On my 2 Ghz machine there is v. little
time delay between the first turtle movement and the last (using ASK in my porgram).

Hi Mike,

I tried your program with

make "ts many.t 150

And I didn't get an error message.

If I try

make "ts many.t 151

I get:

There is no more room for objects on this page in many.t

But that's not a error from "tto" it's an error from
"newturtle".

My MW version is MWPro 1.06

Daniel

  • To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
