Hi Zehava,

I did not even know "on? is a property of turtles. I see in Help that it is.
But it is not well explained there. And I am not able to use it to effect the
bahavior of a turtle.

Perhaps someone else can answer your question. When and how is the property
"on? used?

  Hi Jeff!
Thank for your quick answer, I tried it and it works wonderfull! but can you
explain me why doesn't it work with TRY as I wrote it?, your solution is much
better, but I want to understand the using of "t1 with "on.

    Hi Zehava,

in STARTUP add line: make "crtn "open
in OPEN_CURTAIN add last line: make "crtn "open
in CLOSE_CURTAIN add last line make "crtn "closed
give curtain turtle instruction: ifelse :crtn = "open
[CLOSE_CURTAIN][OPEN_CURTAIN]

Now, each click on curtain will either open or close the curtain,
whichever it is not already..

    Good luck,

      Hello Forum!
How can I click on a turtle and some action will be activated and
another click will do something else, I tried with get "t1 "on? "true with
adding button, and its doesn't work, but I prefer that if someone click on the
curtain it will be opened, and another click will identify that its opened and
will close it.
      How can I do it?
      here attaced the project.
        thanks, Zehava Wizman

  • To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
