Hi Daniel,

the Macintosh version of Pro allows you to choose between IE and Netscape (popular at the time). However, the other option for Windows Pro and EX would be to simply launch the Help file (index.html in Topics) using a desktop shortcut that you set to Open With (the browser of your choice).

Please keep in mind that our Windows Help systems have only been tested with IE and are only supported under IE.

Shawn

Is there a way to configure MWPro and MWEx to use Firefox or a browser other than IE to display the Help?

Daniel

  • Previous by thread: use another browser to diplay the Help
  • Next by thread: new MicroMundos site

  • To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
