Hi,
Well, I just found out that NOTE for RCX uses FREQUENCIES, not MIDI values.
Try
note 60 5
note 500 5
note 1200 5

For a table of frequencies, go to:
http://www.vibrationdata.com/piano.htm
Middle c is 261, as in (ignore decimals):
note 261 5
