Hi Andrea,

I'm assuming that you're working on a Windows platform at OWL? If this is the case, check your MicroWorlds EX directory (C:\Program Files\LCSI\MicroWorlds EX) and make sure that it contains the Graphics folder. You should also have 9 other folders, documentation, Music, Samples.......

If you don't find any of the folders, simply re-install from your CD and select the Complete Install option. I suspect that it was installed using the Custom install feature.

Regards.

Shawn

I'm currently a teacher at an OpenWorld Learning and we recently
switched from using pro to EX at new sites.

We are having a problem at one of our new sites with having our
pictures available from within a new blank project. Although we can
import pictures, the screen is blank when I click on the background
tab, the single pictures tab, and the animation tab . I don't have any
tutorials either. Could this be due to the way the program was
installed or is there something I can do to make the pictures,
backgrounds, and tutorials available?

Thanks!
Andrea Duran

  • To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
