how do I make multiple turtles run their procedures simultaneously.
The procedures have been created and are written in their backpacks
but are currently processing sequentially Here is a copy of what I
am currently writing in the project procedures

eg 
t1, launch [runrace]
t2, launch [cheering]
etc
