Hi Eddie,
using something like:
t2, when [colorunder = 13] [do.something]
13 is the number of the color.
colors have numbers (image attached)
From the Help:
colorunder
Reports the color under the center point of the current turtle as a number.
Colorunder reports the color number if the color's on the background, on a
drawing or stamped shape on the current page or on the Wallpaper.
