In the firefox 3 beta, you can do this perfectly like normal. It is
tricky to find the link to download firefox 3, though. Here is the link:

How do I install the mw2 webplayer on Firefox?
When I run
mwplugin.exe
it only detects Internet Explorer.
I copied the files in
C:\Program Files\LCSI\MicroWorlds Web Player\
to
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\
but that didn't work.

To save an attachment to your computer, PC users should right-click (Mac users, click and hold the mouse button) on the link and then choose 'save target as' from the pop-up menu. A window will then pop up in which you can choose a location for the file.
