Not sure if this is a bug or not, but when i type:

Programming / Programming Environment / Comments In Procedures:
You can also put comments inside procedures by inserting a semicolon. Any
text between a semicolon and a carriage return is ignored.
; this procedure launches 3 processes.

Note: The semi-colon only has this function in the Procedures Tabs. You cannot insert comments into instruction fields in the Rules Tab of a backpack (OnClick, OnColor...) or in a button's dialog box.
